We emphasize fun gymnastics activities and quality instruction in a non-competitive environment. Gymnastics is a great way to develop coordination, flexibility, and strength as well as to gain self- confidence and learn to set goals. Student/Teacher ratio 6:1. Gymnastics classes utilize all aparatus, including: vault, bars, beam and floor for girls and vault, and high bar.

Beginner (age: 6+)
This class focuses on teaching girls the basics of vault, bars, beam, and floor, while building strength and coordination. This is a great class for those wanting to advance in gymnastics or those just looking to have fun! We utilize obstacle courses, stations, gross motor activities, trampoline and tumble track to provide children with a fun and rewarding experience in the gym.
Advanced Beginner (age: 6+)
This class builds on the skills learned in our beginner class. Students learn beginner and intermediate-level skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor and are introduced to core strengthening exercises. Instructor evaluation required for placement into this class.
Intermediate (ages: 6+)
This class builds on the skills learned in our beginner and advanced beginner classes. Students learn intermediate-level skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor, and continue working on strength and flexibility. Instructor evaluation required for placement into this class. (From this class, we recommend children advance into our Preteam (for those interested in joining our competitive team) or Advanced class (who those who are not interested in competition).
Advanced (ages: 6+)
This class is our most advanced girls recreational class. Students learn advanced-level skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor, and continue working on strength and flexibility. Instructor evaluation required for placement into this class.
