Open gym is a great time to explore our facility, practice your gymnastic or tumbling skills and just have fun with friends!
Fridays 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
Members: $6
Non-members: $10
CASH ONLY!
Everyone must have a signed Waiver.
RULES:
No running or horseplay.
Use of vault table, high beams, competition trampoline, and competition rings are prohibited.
Shirts and/or leotards must be worn at all times.
Parents are not allowed in the gym or on the equipment.
If parents are with a child 4 years or younger, they may enter the gym to supervise only.
ONLY a USAG Safety Certified Instructor employed at GymDynasty Gymnastics and Tumbling may spot an athlete attending open gym.
No one may wear gym shoes in the gym.
Food or beverage is NOT allowed in the gym at any time.
Last 5 minutes, please be courteous and clean up equipment you have used.
