Fees & Guidelines

An annual registration fee of $36 per child is due at the time of enrollment and is renewable annually. This fee is not refundable or transferable. Enrollment is encouraged before the start of the session, although, you may enroll at any time, space permitting. Once enrolled, you are responsible for the entire semester. There are no drops or cancellations and all fees and tuitions are non-refundable.

Tuition

Tuition for the session is due accordingly:

Payment in Full

Tuition can be paid in full with cash or check, Master card, Visa or Discover by the 30th of each month.

Tuition will be set up an automatic payment plan using a debit or credit card. There will be processing fee each month for credit charges. Your card will be automatically charged on the 25th of each month. It is your responsibility to update your card information. If your payment is denied for any reason, you will have one week, upon notification, to update your information and arrange payment in order to avoid a $35 late fee.

There will be a $30 fee on all returned checks and declined credit cards.

Each additional family member (after one) will receive a 10% discount on tuition only.

Other Info

If your child is ill with a fever or other infectious condition, please keep them at home. We will be happy to schedule a makeup class when they are feeling better. Visitors are encouraged to observe classes from the lobby. Please do not talk to or otherwise distract the gymnasts participating in the classes. Any interruption could result in serious injury. The lobby is for viewing only.

Refunds

Registration fees, tuition, and summer fees are non-refundable. If the Owners or Office Manager feel there are unique circumstances, we will discuss with you the best way to resolve the situation.

Make-Up Classes

No credits or refunds will be given for classes not attended. Your child can make up a missed class by either attending an equivalent class on a different day (space permitting). One make-up class is permitted per session.

Class Guidelines

Gymnasts are to wait in the lobby before class. The instructor will come get the class and return them to the lobby after class. Please make sure the athlete uses the bathroom before class and is ready to start when the coach calls for the class.

Athletic clothing only; preferably leotards for girls, and tank tops and shorts for boys.
Shirts or leotards must be worn at all times
No zippers, snaps or buttons.
Stomach must be covered.
Long hair must be pulled back.
No jewelry or gum allowed.

The gymnasts must stay with their instructor.

Gymnasts must follow all safety rules and must follow all instructions.
